How to open a support ticket.  

1. By emailing us using the email on file with us.

When you email us using your email onfile with us our system and it will open a support ticket. 

2. From your Control Panel click on the support/ticket icon and follow instructions.

3. Login into the Client Area and clcik on the support tab in the menu.

4.  You can also email us by using an email thats not in our system it will open a support ticket.
